Alphonso Mango Puree

Alphonso mango is often referred to as the king of mangoes because of its taste and colour. These fruits approximately weigh between **0gm and **0gm each. It is also one of the most expensive kinds of mango and is grown mainly in western India. This variety of mango is known to contain nutrients, such as vitamins A, C & D. Some of these vitamins, potassium, fiber and antioxidant enzymes help to increase the resistance power in the body.
